Participant will develop skills for establishing a non-profit organization, this workshop will be conducted at Northern Marianas College-Board of Regents Room on Sept. 19 and 20 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Rota and Tinian participants can attend the training workshop via teleconference at the Rota and Tinian campuses.
