THE House of Representatives at 5:43 p.m. Friday passed the $102 million budget bill for fiscal year 2012. The vote was 19 to 1 with Rep. Froilan C. Tenorio, Covenant-Saipan, casting the lone “no” vote. The Senate is now in session and is expected to also approve the measure.
