Now I know how you and nonresidents feel. I deserve everything you said, although I disagree, I asked for it. Frank Stewart wrote learn from each other. True. I’m learning from you. Now I know where I stand if my thoughts are like that.
Many expressions are today’s reality, and life changes, and if we don’t speak out, you wouldn’t know. So, thank you, well said. Now I know how you feel and I give you credit for it because you’re also human.
True, like you, many of us moved to the United States to look for a better living and it was your criticism that made me see it. Like me, you love this island and want to live here and if you’re pushed aside and treated differently you feel offended.
I just want to assure everyone that those thoughts, responses, feelings I wrote were just to see where I would stand if I think that way and behave that way. The NMI was given back to us by the Americans who fought for it, and for that I am thankful.
Someone mentioned the Constitution. I apologize but I didn’t read it at all. It is so long and tiring, plus it is not in my language. Meaning, there are some terms I don’t really understand.
Many guest workers contribute to the CNMI — some have not received their salary yet they still work to support us — as well as business owners, and for that I am thankful.
I apologize to my friends and CNMI residents if I embarrassed you. I guess I have nothing better to do.
Thank you.
