DPS Commissioner Ramon C. Mafnas yesterday said he would provide reporters copy of Ogumoro’s personnel assignment order “signed by me [today].”
As deputy commissioner, Ogumoro will focus on administrative services, armory and shooting range, forensic unit, grants and special programs, highway safety office, information technology, legal services, logistics and support, training and academy, and professional standards unit.
Gov. Benigno R. Fitial and Lt. Gov. Eloy Inos had a very public disagreement concerning Ogumoro whom Inos fired twice only to be reinstated by Fitial.
