Theft in San Jose

On Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at about 4 a.m., the victim, a 63-year-old local female, awoke to noise coming from the living room. She discovered her living room curtain open and the window screen missing.

The victim checked her home and noticed her laptop missing. It is described as a Black Asus laptop computer with a 14 inch screen. Also missing was the charger for the computer. Police checked the area and discovered a window screen lying on the ground outside the residence. There were foot prints leading towards the beach.
