The Federal Probation Office said Aldan’s supervised release expired on Aug. 4, 2011 and the proceedings in this case can now be terminated.
On Nov. 21, 2006, then-Chief Judge Alex R. Munson sentenced Aldan to 27 months imprisonment followed by three years supervised release for two counts of distribution and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
