Fitial off to Guam

Press Secretary Angel A. Demapan said the governor is expected to be back on island today.

Representing the CNMI, Fitial is one of the seven members of the board of governors of the bank which was established in July 1989 “to help accelerate economic and social development of member islands.”

Former Lt. Gov.  Deigo T. Benavente is one of the members of the board of directors.

Variety also learned that the governor is set to leave the island again before the end of this month on a personal trip.
