After the approval of the measure, the Legislature amended its order of business to withdraw Bill 8-39 from the Committee on Finance and placed it on the calendar for first reading.
Bill 8-39 will appropriate $6,200 to supplement the $837,550 appropriated under Yap State Law 8-3 to fund the Yap State Public Service Corporation’s 25 percent matching for the O.I. Renewable Energy Project during fiscal year 2011.
