Antonio C. Dela Fuente and Rota Resort through general manager Hidekazu Yamaguchi and attorney Colin M. Thompson filed a stipulation and agreed that this action should be dismissed with prejudice, “with each party to bear his or its own costs and attorney’s fees.”
