On Monday, June 20, at about 2:45 p.m., the victim, a Korean tourist, 50, parked his car under a flame tree at Suicide Cliff. The victim was with another Korean male. They walked to the cliff side and took photographs.
When they returned, the victim discovered his personal items missing.
The items stolen included a large back pack, Korean passport, flashlight, umbrella, car keys, a Korean Nible, and a Galaxy cell phone. Items stolen are estimated to be at over $600 in value.
There were no signs of forced entry and the car may have been left unlocked. The victims drove to the nearest store in San Roque and contacted the police.
