• S.L.I 17-10: “To propose a constitutional amendment for the people of the Northern Mariana Islands to vote to continue, or repeal, Article XII.”
The hearings will be held on:

• Thursday, July 14 at 6 p.m. Tinian Junior/Senior High School library
• Friday, July 15 at 6 p.m., mayor’s office conference room, Rota
• Wednesday, July 20 at 6 p.m., Multi-Purpose Center, Susupe
Written comments may be submitted to the office of Senator Torres on Capital Hill prior to the public hearings.
Oral testimony may be presented during the public hearings but please inform. Torres’ office not later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing.
