Saipan World Resort local sales manager and public relations Michael Babauta said awarded as the 2011 Saipan World Resort Best Employees for the first term yesterday were Michael Estuaria from the maintenance department, Evelyn Celis from the accounting department, Jonathan Guanzing from the food & beverage department, Banjo Basila from the front desk, Chandra
Pakhrin from the water park department, and Mariquel Reyes from the subsidiary/spa department.
Also awarded were the 2011 Taste of the Marianas chef competition champions Rolando Santos and Rommel Villaviza for their exceptional culinary skills, and the 2011 Taste of the Marianas bartender’s competition champion and best in showmanship Marlon Pineda from the food & beverage department.
Babauta said the hotel regularly recognizes top performing employees as an incentive to make them do their best to serve clients and extend hospitality better.
