But Elbert Quitugua continues to urge members of the community who have any information regarding the case to call the authorities.

The girls were reported missing on May 25.

“Please let us know [the girls’] whereabouts or return them to us so we can finally move on,” Quitugua said.

“Our family is so devastated. We beg, we pray for their comfort,” he added.

“We are grieving their disappearance. It’s very hard to wake up every day to face the day without knowing the situation or condition of our girls,” he said.

Department of Public Safety Commissioner Ramon C. Mafnas told reporters last week that a DPS employee declined to undergo the polygraph test.

Variety learned that the DPS personnel is related to the missing children.

The total reward money for any information leading to the recovery of the sisters or prosecution of person or persons behind their disappearance is $50,000.
