TURNKEY Solutions G-Rollers extended their win streak in the U18 boys division of the 2025 APEC Basketball League by cruising to their fourth straight victory, routing Rollers 4, 72-38, at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium on Saturday.
TurnKey’s overall skill was simply unmatched, as they generated points with ease.
The opening half was highlighted by strong teamwork, with each TurnKey player performing their assigned roles. Lance Lerio and Kian Helgen controlled the early minutes with back-to-back finishes at the rim, while Elijah Ye and Jairus Pangelinan later took over around the perimeter to give their team a 39-13 lead.
While TurnKey’s offense came from inside, Rollers 4 lived behind the three-point line. In the first half, they drained three consecutive treys courtesy of Ethan Tomokane, Worthy Defang, and Kelvin John. In the second half, Cody Mettao and Tony Camacho joined the fray.
However, Rollers 4 failed to make their presence felt on defense, as TurnKey continued to score uncontested, led by Zongyao Huang and Michael Mercado with eight and six points, respectively. Their efforts allowed TurnKey to maintain a comfortable lead and sealed the 72-38 victory.
Joining the winner’s circle was Hardt Eye with a similar double-digit victory over Xtreme Fitness, 62-34.
