Ben Sablan said they are looking forward to making the place as lively as possible and turning it into a one-stop commercial center where people can shop, eat, and spend time with friends and family.
Available are nine units with spaces ranging from 541 sq. ft. to 1, 443 sq. ft. on the ground floor at very affordable rates. The front spaces of the building are occupied by Subway Saipan which has been serving delicious sandwiches to the island for the past years, and Megazone, a favorite hangout of students and community members who want to play games or surf the internet in a very cool and comfortable environment.

“There are lots of potential for the place, and we are inviting business entrepreneurs to check us out. Our rates are very reasonable because we want to help entrepreneurs and want them to move in with us,” Sablan said.
He said they have already received several inquiries from interested business operators and they welcome businesses engaged in selling clothes, shoes, jewelry, computers, electronics household items, toys, beauty shops, recreation centers, and more.
“Our goal is to make this plaza alive with business and with people every day,” Sablan said.
VS Sablan Plaza provides security, 24-hour water service, a back-up generator, a great location, very comfortable central air-conditioning in the customer common area, a very clean plaza area which is maintained daily, and ample parking spaces that can accommodate up to 75 cars at a time.
