Steven Cabrera Teregeyo has been under the supervision of the U.S. Probation Office, District of Hawaii, since his release from federal prison on Feb. 6, 2009, according to court documents.
Guam federal Judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood earlier ordered the transfer of the records of the case to Hawaii upon the court’s order of acceptance of jurisdiction.
On April 6, 2005, Teregeyo was sentenced to 70 months imprisonment, followed by four years supervised release for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. It was not disclosed what this substance was.
