Mannisto graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2005 with focuses on biological psychology, pre-medical curriculum, and psychology. He was employed for a number of years before pursuing law school.
He graduated from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 2010.
He has done legal work for several law firms and brings with him years of experience before and after law school.
