Defendant in driver’s license case changes residence without telling probation office

But this report on Tahira Dolores S.  Miah is for informational purposes, and no action is requested, the U.S. Probation Office told the federal court.

The report said Mrs. Miah was warned that “future violations may result in the revocation of her release status.”

Mrs. Miah, who has denied the charges against her, was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

On April 12, 2011, the U.S. Probation Office learned that Mrs. Miah, and her husband, Mohammad Jahangir Miah, also her co-defendant, had an argument and that she left their residence together with their son.

Mrs. Miah told a federal probation officer that the argument was about her being tired of hearing her husband’s complaints about her spending habits, and about the items that she purchased for their son.

Early this year, the grand jury returned an indictment, charging the Miah couple, Hongmei Sun, Hui Quiang Yan, and  Bureau of Motor Vehicles examiner William Hocog of conspiracy to unlawfully produce and transfer identification document, unlawful production and transfer of identification document.

The defendants have denied the charges and were under pretrial release conditions.
