They sound like the Tea Party. They should instead look at the issue at different angles and see the real problem, which is: our people are victims of bad government, bad planning and bad economy.
The devastating blow to our economy is the real reason why a lot of people are on food stamps today.
It’s very inconsiderate to just label our people when their government doesn’t give them any alternative to improve their lives. The people want jobs or more training but the government’s “solution” is to reduce funding for education and tourism.
I don’t think it’s fair to blame our people when our local leaders have failed to meet their responsibilities to those who put them in office.
Is it also our people’s fault that aliens came in and took away their jobs?
How sad it is to blame the victims who could do better if only their government would give them all the tools and resources they need.
Tony, I love you man but I have to tell it like it is. Don’t make our people look bad because I know our people can do much better.
Let me also point out that there are more food stamp recipients here in the states than on Saipan so please do your research and tell the truth okay?
Thank you.
