The keynote speaker will be Brig. Gen. John W. Doucette, commander, 36th Wing, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam and deputy commander, Joint Region Marianas. There will also be a B-52 flyover from the 36th Wing, Andersen Air Force Guam and the 96th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, Minot North Dakota.
