Suspended Guam lawyer may be sanctioned by US court

The Guam Supreme Court earlier suspended attorney Stephanie G. Flores from the practice of law for an indefinite period of time, but not less than two years, with all but 60 days suspended.

In her order pending disbarment, visiting federal Judge Consuelo B. Marshal said failure to respond within 30 days by Flores will “constitute acquiescence to the imposition of reciprocal discipline.”

Flores was  ordered by the Guam Supreme Court to pay $10,417 as restitution to clients in six different cases.

The Guam court said Flores accepted money from her clients and then neglected their cases.
