Tai Long Jin was brought before Judge David A. Wiseman for his Gerstein hearing yesterday afternoon.
Wiseman allowed the defendant to post $200 cash or 10 percent of the $2,000 bail.
Wiseman found probable cause for his arrest and continued detention.
