The new employees are for the governor’s office, OPM, Rota Health Center, Saipan mayor’s office, Criminal Planning Justice Agency, Department of Corrections, Department of Public Health, Department of Public Lands, the judiciary, Tinian’s Finance, Public Safety, Commerce, health center and mayor’s office.
On Friday, before the House approved the request for new employees, Rep. Froilan C. Tenorio, Covenant-Saipan, asked: “We’re not collecting enough so why are we authorizing new [employees]?”
