The Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation will have to confirm Igitol’s appointment.

The Saipan Zoning Board has six members. Diego Blanco chairs this body which oversees the implementation of the Saipan Zoning Law.
Several open houses were held last month in preparation for the board’s plan to amend existing zoning laws.
