Steven C. Teregeyo who served 70 months in prison began his four years supervised release on Feb. 6, 2009 in  Hawaii.

Last Feb. 27, Teregeyo was pulled over for an illegal U-turn by a Hawaii deputy sheriff who booked him for DUI.

“On Feb. 28, 2011, Mr. Teregeyo admitted to U.S. Probation Officer Kevin S. Teruya that he had possessed and consumed two beers. He related that subsequent to consuming the alcoholic beverages, he was stopped by a deputy of the State of Hawaii Sheriff’s Department and arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant,” Chief Probation Officer Rossanna Villagomez-Aguon and Deputy Chief Probation Officer Grace D. Flores said in their joint report filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands.
