USCIS is advising visitors traveling under the Visa Waiver Program, who are at a U.S. airport, to contact the Customs and Border Protection office there for assistance.
All other VWP travelers and visitors traveling under a nonimmigrant visa are asked to visit the local USCIS. In Saipan the USCIS Application Service Center is located at TSL Plaza Building on Beach Road in Garapan. Nonimmigrant visa holders are asked to bring their passport, evidence that they are stranded, such as an itinerary for a cancelled flight, and their I-94 departure record.
