The Attorney General’s Office said Kileleman, who has been convicted of assault and battery and disturbing the peace, failed to pay his probation fee, and failed to obey CNMI laws when he was charged with another assault and battery and disturbing the peace case this year.
On Dec. 17, 2008, Kileleman was sentenced to one year for assault and battery, and disturbing the peace, all suspended except for 20 days he had to serve for each count. He was also placed on two years probation.
