TOM Yum Bull Breakers kicked off the new season with a 13-4 victory against Tom Yum Drunken Dartz, 13-4, in the A Division of the 2025 SEDA Bud Light Dart League at Tom Yum Restaurant on Monday.
The Drunken Dartz came out as the aggressor, with Jomar “Dart Vader” Danas defeating Allen “Sensei” Sakisat of the Bull Breakers in the first Singles Regular Cricket game.
The Bull Breakers’ Vince “The Rocket” Cepeda, Vincent “Sang” Agulto, and Lino Repeki responded by sweeping the next three games to take a 3-1 lead.
The Bull Breakers continued to excel as a team, notching the Partners 701 games to extend the deficit, 5-1.
The Drunken Dartz’s Danas and Skem “Unku Daddy” Kaipat split the Singles Half-It match 2-2, but the Bull Breakers recorded a two-game sweep in the Partners Crazy Cricket match, extending their lead to 9-3.
Chris “No Luv” Yug secured one final win for the Drunken Dartz, but it wasn’t enough to prevent a 13-4 defeat at the hands of the Bull Breakers.
Triumphant, too
Also emerging victorious in their debut match were the 6JMS Bandits, who outhustled the Bistro Mafia, 10-7.
The Mafia seemed to have found their range with David Terlaje, Elijah “MVP” Muna, and Jesse Quitano notching a 3-1 run in the opening Singles Regular Cricket match.
However, as the battle progressed, they gradually lost their grip. After splitting the next match, the Bandits’ Stan Conde, Oikerile Techur, and Napu Santos retaliated with a 3-1 run of their own in the Singles Half-It match, evening the score at 5-5.
The deadlock continued after another partner-focused match, but the Bandits proved their superiority in the Singles 501 match, with Martin Dela Cruz leading the charge in their third 3-1 run, putting the game out of reach. The Bandits then sealed the victory with a win in the final Team 1101 match, defeating the Mafia 10-7.
