(NMC) — Northern Marianas College campuses on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will be closed (with few exceptions) from Dec. 22, 2025, to Jan. 4, 2026. All offices will reopen on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
Registration
Registration is open and ongoing for NMC’s Spring 2026 semester for anyone interested in earning a degree and advancing their careers, knowledge, and skills with NMC. The Spring 2026 semester begins on Jan. 20, 2026.
All students can register for Spring 2026 classes through their Portal+ accounts through Jan. 17, 2026, with approval from their academic advisor.
Students will also be able to make changes to their schedule during “add and drop” week, from Jan. 20 to 24, 2026, with fees associated with each change; however, course selection may be limited during this period.

Applications for admission and supporting documents may be completed and submitted through our new NMC APPLY admissions portal at:

Please note that the admissions application is only available online.
Supporting documents (i.e., health evaluation form with a valid TB skin test, a copy of a valid government-issued ID, and a copy of SSN/TIN card) must be uploaded through the NMC APPLY online portal at www.marianas.edu/apply/.
Official transcripts from institutions previously attended must be sent via email to admissions@marianas.edu by the institution.
The deadline for completing the admissions application for the Spring 2026 semester is Friday, Jan. 9, 2026.
Financial Aid Office

Academic and instructional support

The CNMI Small Business Development Center Network offices on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will observe regular working hours with the exception of the following federal holidays:
