(MVA) — It’s an international smorgasbord of food slated for the 26th Annual Taste of The Marianas International Food Festival every Saturday in May 2025 in Saipan.
Twenty-five food vendors and three drink vendors will offer a variety of cuisine at the festival, organized by the Marianas Visitors Authority during Marianas Tourism Month and held in the heart of Garapan at American Memorial Park. This year’s festival will be held starting at 5 p.m. on May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31, 2025 and will feature food and drinks, live entertainment, nightly competitions, arts & crafts, and more.
Participating food vendors this year are Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan, Herman’s Modern Bakery, V-Lyn’s BBQ, Benki, Kinpachi Japanese Restaurant, 123 Foods, CK Smokehouse & Salad, T Bar, The Hut, Kanto 10, Yaya’s Baked Goods, Loco & Taco, Lanlan Tea House, Fork & Spoon, Matty’s BBQ, Tupu Cane Juice, Oh My Grill, 38 Mitsubachi, Surf Club Saipan, Great Harvest, Saipan World Resort, Plumeria Steakhouse, Dea Jang Kum, Chow Time, and Pho Tam. Drink vendors will be WSTCO, Marpac/Unified Sports Organization, and Napu Brewing.
“With over 20 different ethnicities from around the world making their home here, Taste of The Marianas is an opportunity to celebrate and enjoy the many flavors you can find in the islands,” said MVA Managing Director Jamika Taijeron. “Whether your preference is a chicken empanada, chicken adobo, or chicken curry, you’ll be sure find something delicious at ‘Taste.’ We invite everyone to make plans now to join us for any — or every — Saturday night in May for a great time of friendship, fun, and food in the park.”
Taijeron said this year’s festival is anticipated to again include an international food fighters’ competition, cooking challenges, and more. Entry is free.
