PSS-Early Intervention Program advisory

(PSS-EIP) — Pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004, & GEPA, the Public School System’s Early Intervention Program is required to provide at least 60 days prior to submission of grant applications for funds, a 60-day circulation notice with an opportunity for public comment on the application for at least 30 days during that period, and provide an opportunity for the general public, including individuals with disabilities and parents of infants, toddlers and youth with disabilities, to provide comments.

Due to the Office of Special Education Programs on May 21, 2025:

60-Day Public Circulation Period: March 12, 2025 to May 11, 2025

30-Day Public Comment Period: April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025

Hard copies of the grant applications are available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Early Intervention Program office in Garapan.

Comments may be hand delivered to the Early Intervention Program office in Garapan or you can phone in your comments at (670) 664-4841.
