(SCC) — With less than a month to go, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce is encouraging business owners, managers, and professionals to register for its first quarter professional development training focused on strengthening business resilience through strategic problem solving.
This timely training is designed to equip organizations with practical tools to remain competitive in today’s challenging economic climate. Participants will gain actionable strategies to strengthen and retain customer relationships, sustain and grow their customer base during a down economy, identify customer pain points to address real business challenges, and enhance workforce effectiveness by closing productivity gaps through clearer role alignment and accountability.
Two sessions are available to accommodate participants’ schedules:
• Tuesday, March 17, 2026
• Wednesday, March 18, 2026
Both sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Island Training Solutions Office, Suite 604, Marianas Business Plaza.
The training will be led by James T. Arenovski of Island Training Solutions, who will share real-world, results-driven strategies to help businesses improve performance, increase productivity, and strengthen long-term sustainability.
Registration fees are $50 for Saipan Chamber members and $60 for future members. Groups of three or more participants will receive a $5 discount per person.
