Saipan Chamber meeting to spotlight workforce development opportunities

(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will hold its general membership meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hibiscus Hall of  Crowne Plaza, a Chamber member.

A special guest presentation will be delivered by Northern Marianas College’s Center for Training and Innovation-Workforce Pell Grant Program following announcements from the Chamber. The presentation will highlight workforce training opportunities available through the program and how they support the development of the local workforce.

In addition to the featured presentation, the meeting will also feature Industry Exhibitor Tables, offering attendees the opportunity to connect with organizations supporting workforce development and professional training across the CNMI.

Participating partners include NMC, Northern Marianas Technical Institute, and Island Training Solutions, where representatives will share information on upcoming programs, training opportunities, and initiatives planned for 2026.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 12 noon. The luncheon fee is $35/Chamber member and $40/future-member.
