KANOA Football Club continued its strong run in the Marianas Soccer League 2 Spring 2026 season after cruising past Latte Football Club, 5-0, on Sunday at the NMI Soccer Training Center.
Kanoa FC improved to four wins with a dominant performance, overwhelming Latte FC early and never letting up.
Ensan Cui opened the scoring in the 7th minute, and just a minute later, Xiongzhe Li doubled the lead to put Kanoa firmly in control.
Jaydee Jose then took over, delivering a hat trick with goals in the 30th, 34th, and 39th minutes to cap a commanding first-half display and seal the shutout victory.
In the day’s other match, Old B Bank salvaged a 2-2 draw against Shirley’s Football Club in a more tightly contested battle.
Old B Bank looked poised to take control when Jether Yobech connnected the opening goal in the 27th minute of the opening half.
Shirley’s FC responded in the second half, with Francisco Lieto scoring in the 47th minute before Branson Santos Jr. added another in the 50th to give Shirley’s a 2-1 lead.
But Old B Bank answered in the 69th minute, as Yobech scored his second goal of the match to even the score at 2-2.
Neither side was able to find a winner in the closing minutes, forcing both teams to settle for a draw.
