(CUC) — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation Tinian Office will temporarily relocate to the Bridge Investment Group LLC dba Tinian Diamond Hotel & Restaurant, effective Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The office will remain at this temporary location until renovation and facility improvements at our current site are completed.
The current office will be closed on Monday, April 6, 2026, to facilitate the relocation. Normal business hours will resume at the temporary location on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This temporary relocation will allow for planned upgrades to the facility, including general renovations and the professional remediation of identified structural leaks and associated damage. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and efficient environment for both our customers and staff.
During this period, all customer services — including bill payments, account inquiries, and service applications — will continue without interruption at the temporary location. Office hours and contact numbers will remain unchanged.
