DESPITE the rain, the 3rd Annual CNMI Softball Tournament resumed play Saturday morning at 11 a.m. on the Francisco “Tan Ko” Palacios Baseball Field, with visiting team Lady Mixers from Guam going up against Lady Akkari in the Women’s Division.
