In addition to constructing new facilities, NMC’s campus improvement plans include infrastructure projects such as sewer and water pipeline realignment, roadway enhancements, energy efficiency initiatives, and more. The Fina Sisu Lane project was made possible by the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation with support from the Commonwealth Economic Development Authority and the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation.
