The CNMI is now under “All Clear,” though High Surf and marine advisories remain in effect. Response and recovery operations continue across Saipan, Tinian, and Rota as crews work to restore critical services.
Shelters are consolidating, with some closures underway. Power restoration is ongoing but remains unstable in some areas due to system damage and moisture impacts—priority is being given to critical infrastructure like hospitals, water systems, and the airport. Water service is gradually returning on Saipan, with about 60% of wells back online.
Tinian has partial power and full water service (with some pressure issues). Rota remains without power and water service, with repairs ongoing and a boil water notice still in effect.
Saipan airport is operational; Tinian and Rota airports are limited. Port of Saipan is open. Telecom services are steadily improving across all islands.
