(DPS) — The CNMI Department of Public Safety will conduct DUI sobriety checkpoints on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025.
The first setup will be on Chalan Pale Arnold, Chalan Laulau on the south bound lane by the Ambyth Shipping building from 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The second setup will be on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero, Chalan Kiya, on the west bound lane by Waterloo from 8:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The purpose of these scheduled checkpoints is to promote public safety while increasing awareness of the dangers of driving while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
DPS would also like to remind the public to have a safe and enjoyable Super Bowl Monday.
