SUPER Bowl LIX is set for Monday morning, local time, with the defending champions, Kansas City Chiefs (15-2) going up against the Philadelphia Eagles (14-3).
We asked local fans who they thought would take this year’s title.

“I pick the Eagles. They worked hard to get to where they are now — underdogs can make a difference. Gooooo Eagles!”

“Usually I won’t root for anyone but the Niners. But since they’re not in this time, I’m sticking with the NFC and rooting for Philly.”

“I’m rooting for the Eagles! I know the Chiefs are pegged as the favorite to win, but not by a huge margin. Also, because I know Tim Asaivao is going for the Chiefs, I want the eagles to win.”

“I’ve always been a fan of the NFC side of the NFL. Since my Giants are still struggling, I’ll be rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles. With former Giants Saquon Barkley and QB Jalen Hurts leading the Eagles against the defending champs, I hope to see an exciting and exhilarating game. And I just found out it’s Saquon’s birthday on game day, so he’ll be amped up and run circles around the Chiefs’ defense! Final score 38-35, but this time the Eagles take home the Lombardi trophy!”
