START 2025 strong with Latte Built 24hrFitness! Our 12-week Fat Loss Challenge kicked off Jan. 4 and ends with a celebration on March 29.

The challenge focuses on full-body transformation with biweekly weigh-ins, waist measurements, and body fat percentage tracking. The top three winners will be chosen based on overall progress, with additional prizes for two runners-up (one male, one female).
To keep motivation high, we’ve added biweekly mini-challenges with more prizes!
Registration is $50 and contributes to the winners’ pot and prizes.
