A truck’s front hood was severely damaged after colliding with another truck, which overturned from the impact on Middle Road, Thursday afternoon.
TWO pickup trucks collided on Middle Road near Lin’s Hardware in Gualo Rai, Thursday afternoon, according to the Department of Public Safety.
Asked for an update, Assistant Chief of Police Simon Manacop said both vehicles were operated by female drivers.
“There were no other occupants in the [vehicles], and both are being treated at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation. No life-threatening injuries,” Manacop added.
He said the silver pickup truck was traveling north, while the white pickup truck was heading south and made a left turn, colliding with the silver truck and causing the white truck to overturn.
DPS urges motorists to drive safely at all times.
