(Department of Finance) — The Divisions of Revenue and Tax and Customs Biosecurity were not able to access the secured domain due to network issues, however, the disruption has now been resolved and payments are now accepted at the impacted cashier points.
The Office of Information Technology has confirmed that the DRT location, and the CBS airport and seaport locations now have internet access to all systems.
During a two-day outage, Customs Biosecurity airport and seaport locations were not able to assess cargo imports and accept payments. DRT was not able to perform basic operations including accepting payments.
