On Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, the Soroptimist International – NMI Chapter made their annual Thanksgiving donation to Guma Esperansa, an emergency shelter for those fleeing from domestic violence and needing a safe shelter. Guma Esperansa is operated by its parent agency, Karidat. SINMI has been donating Thanksgiving meals to the shelter for the past t10 years and this has been made possible by past and present members of SINMI.
