A NEWLY formed, Veteran-led, non-profit organization called Project Buddy Check 670 Inc. would like to invite all veterans and their families, to come and celebrate Veterans Day together on Monday, November 11, 2024, at the American Memorial Park-Softball Field. Activities will begin approximately 12:30 p.m., immediately following the Veterans Day Ceremony at American Memorial Park
Project Buddy Check 670, extends their hands to all veterans- combat and non-combat, to join them in a day of fun filled activities, and to be a part of their network as they intend to support veterans of the CNMI by being a voice and advocate on their behalf and will work the best way we can to bridge the service gap utilizing supplemental activities and programs.
The founding members of the organization are composed of veterans who have an immense understanding of the shortcomings of the services needed to support veterans. With this understanding, they set out goals to help fill these gaps. Organizing the 2024 Veterans Family Fun Day event is the first of other activities to come.
