Governor David M. Apatang, in consultation with the CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management Office and the National Weather Service – Guam, has declared the “All Clear” for Saipan, Tinian, Rota, Alamagan, Agrihan, and Pagan effective 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
Although the “All Clear” has been declared, residents on Rota, Tinian, and Saipan are urged to remain cautious as recovery efforts continue. Lingering impacts from Super Typhoon Bavi may include localized flooding, debris, damaged infrastructure, downed power lines, and hazardous road conditions. Please exercise caution when traveling and avoid affected areas whenever possible.

High Surf Warning in effect until 1600, July 9: Rota, Tinian, Saipan
Hazardous Seas Warning in effect in until 0500, July 9: Rota, Tinian, Saipan
Wind Advisory in effect until 1700, July 7: Rota, Tinian, Saipan
