
PURSUANT to the CNMI Supreme Court’s inherent and supervisory powers under Article IV, Section 3 of the NMI Constitution and 1 CMC § 3401(a), the Court orders:
(1) The Judiciary will be closed on the following days:
a. Nov. 4 for Citizenship Day;
b. Nov. 5 for Election Day;
c. Nov. 11 for Veterans Day;
d. Nov. 25 and 26 for the Annual Judiciary Professional Development Conference; and
e. Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving Day.
(2) E-filing portals (File and ServeXpress and eRecording) will remain open during the holidays.
(3) Bail, family protection, emergency, and time sensitive matters may be set consistent with applicable rules.
(4) Judiciary personnel may be activated for emergency and essential services. All court employees shall receive direction from their supervisor as to work reporting requirements.
