David Frahm
DAVID Matthew Frahm, a former Marianas High School music teacher accused of making child pornography, has been extradited to Saipan.
Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Richard J. Bauer served Frahm an arrest warrant on June 6 in Malaysia. The arrest warrant was issued by Designated Judge David O. Carter in February.
Frahm arrived on Saipan early Sunday morning, Variety learned.
He is scheduled to appear before Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona of the District Court for the NMI at 1:30 p.m., today, Monday, June 10.
Attorney Richard Miller was appointed by the court to represent Frahm.
A superseding indictment charged Frahm with attempted exploitation of a child, possession of child pornography, and engaging in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places.
Frahm was also charged in Langkawi, Malaysia for sexually harassing an 11-year-old girl. He pled not guilty to the charge of producing sexual material of a minor. Frahm was accused of filming the girl when she was bathing in her home. The girl was his neighbor.
