MAY 12 to 18, 2024 has been declared National Hospital Week by Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang.
Officials and staff of Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. joined Apatang in a proclamation signing ceremony at CHCC on Thursday, May 9.
At the same time, CHCC honored its outstanding employees for their dedication and hard work, including those who have devoted a decade or more in serving the corporation.
According to CHCC, the celebration also served as an opportunity to express its gratitude for each of its departments’ contributions.
In the proclamation, Apatang said CHCC, as the primary healthcare provider in the CNMI, “plays a vital role in safeguarding the health and safety of the people…, especially during times of public health emergencies and natural disasters, demonstrating unwavering commitment, resilience and professionalism.”
He said CHCC is the “beacon of hope and healing in our community, striving for excellence in healthcare delivery, innovation and continuous improvement, while fostering partnerships and collaboration to address the diverse healthcare needs of our population.”
