THE CNMI WIC Programs Income Eligibility Guidelines have been updated effective May 1, 2024.
WIC is available to the CNMI’s pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum women, infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines. A pregnant woman is considered two family members or more if pregnant with multiples.

All WIC Income Eligibility Guidelines are based on gross income, meaning before taxes and other deductions. A person or family member who participates in other benefits program, such as the Nutrition Assistance Program or Medicaid automatically meet the income requirement to be a WIC participant.
What to bring to your WIC appointment
WIC requires all persons enrolling in the program to be present a long with their photo I.D. (driver’s license, mayor’s office ID, passport), the child’s identification (mayor’s office ID, birth certificate, crib card (if no birth certificate yet), proof of income (recent check stubs, Medicaid card, NAP card) and a proof of address (CUC billing or map to residence).
The CNMI WIC Program encourages community members to call the clinic at (670) 664-4084 to make appointment and see if they qualify.
